If you have filled in a paper form, your consent will be requested to add your information to the online system, teamup. If you do not wish to give this consent, only your name will be added to the online system for purposes of record keeping.
Paper forms are stored securely in a locked container. Information is stored for 7 years after your last session to comply with insurance company criteria. It will then be deleted or destroyed. Any sensitive Information collected via email will be transferred to a paper copy and dealt with as above. The email will then be deleted.
What control do you have over your information?
You may update your information at any time. Otherwise you can contact Jane O'Halloran and request that your information is updated. You may request that your information is deleted or destroyed, but this may affect Lakshmi Yoga's ability to offer certain services.

Payments are processed through the Stripe payment platform (https://stripe.com/gb) Credit/debit card details are stored by Stripe and no credit/debit card details are stored by Lakshmi Yoga

Once you have signed up for a service, Lakshmi Yoga has a legitimate basis to contact you directly by email about that particular service. This information will be apparent in a disclaimer, signed at the time of booking.
You will also be given the option to opt in to a general mailing list for Lakshmi Yoga, to be kept updated with upcoming events and also to receive information that may be of interest to you. These emails will be sent via a secure permission based email system Mailchimp (see their privacy policy www.mailchimp.com). You will be able to unsubscribe at any time from this list via an automated link at the bottom of the email.
