The wonderful thing about our gentle yoga and meditation is that it is accessible to almost everyone. We absolutely welcome beginners, and provide gentle, relaxing options for all, perfect for members with joint issues, as well as over 50s.
You may think that you can't do yoga because you are not flexible enough, or can't touch your toes. Well the good news is, you can!
You may be worried that you will feel out of place in a class and wont be able to keep up. I would like to reassure you that you will be welcomed into a very friendly, non- competitive environment.
Classes are taught at a steady pace, building up over the class and also over weeks.
Our aim is to include everyone in the class and our wish is for us to have a great time too. We have a laugh and don't take ourselves too seriously, and yet there is often a profound stillness and peace at the end of the class.
